Clear requirements as the foundation of successful projects
Good requirements create clarity before the development, configuration or modification of a system begins. When requirements are vague, ambiguous or unrealistic, teams spend valuable time discussing interpretations, project scope begins to drift and delivery is delayed. In regulated environments, requirements must also be documented in a clear, traceable and verifiable manner.
This interactive training teaches you how to write, review and systematically improve requirements. You will explore recognised methods and rules and apply them directly to practical examples. Throughout the course, you will work on a shared digital whiteboard and receive real-time guidance and feedback from the trainer.
You will not only develop a clear understanding of what makes a good requirement. You will also build the confidence to apply the methods in your day-to-day work and create requirements that provide a reliable basis for implementation, testing and validation.
